Refund Policy

We want to guarantee your satisfaction with all our products and services. We strive to create the best possible experience for you at a difficult time. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the issue or provide a refund

Easy Ever After offers refunds on all products, subject to the terms below. To request a refund, please either reply to an email you have received from Easy Ever After or email us through the contact us page. Our refund policy is as follows:

General terms & conditions – all customers.

  • We offer a 100% refund on the digital component of all subscriptions paid within the last 30 days.
  • We can only refund payments made within the past 30 days. Payments older than 30 days cannot be refunded. For example, if you have been an Easy Ever After customer for 2 months, your initial payment would be ineligible for a refund.
  • You must provide us with the email address you used upon registration so that we can locate your order.
  • You must provide a reason for wanting a refund so that we can improve our products and service for other customers.
  • Refunds will only be returned into the account by which you paid (ie: Purchases from PayPal will only be refunded to that same PayPal account).
  • Refunds may not automatically cancel your subscription, as you may choose to downgrade your plan. Be sure to go to ‘My account’ to check your subscription status.

Refunds on the Print & Post service

  • Request a refund within 30 days of payment and prior to your first dispatch for a 100% refund.
  • Any payments older than 30 days cannot be refunded.
  • If your first mail out has been dispatched in the past 30 days, we will deduct a $20 P&H fee from the refund amount.
  • We deduct $5 P&H fee from your refund for every subsequent mailing placed in the 30 day refund period.

Refunds on the Certified documents service

  • Request a refund within 30 days of payment and prior to any dispatch for a 100% refund.
  • Any payments older than 30 days cannot be refunded.
  • If any certified documents have been dispatched in the past 30 days, we deduct a $20 P&H fee from your refund amount.
  • We deduct $5 P&H fee from your refund for every subsequent mailing placed in the 30 day refund period.
